Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange any item, in line with EU consumer law (right of withdrawal).

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of wear, washing, odours or damage cannot be accepted.

How to start a return or size exchange

  1. Email internalwarfareathletics@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
  2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the parcel within 14 days of your request. We recommend a tracked service.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect. In that case we cover the return and send a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are refunded only when the whole order is returned, up to the cost of our standard shipping option.

Exchanges

Size exchanges depend on availability. Our drops are limited with no restocks, so if your size is sold out we issue a refund instead.
